Subscription Agreement

Welcome to the subscription service of Hatsfy, a professional local AI hat generation app focused on portrait hat try on creation and dynamic style preview for portrait photos. This Subscription Agreement outlines the terms and guidelines for using Hatsfy’s premium subscription service, designed to ensure a positive, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all subscribers. By purchasing or activating the Subscription Service, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below. Importantly, Hatsfy does not require you to create an account or log in to use the App or the Subscription Service, and we do not collect any facial information or biometric data related to your face—this commitment remains central to our service and is detailed further in this agreement.

All information is processed locally, all information is only retained on the user’s local device, and all information will be permanently deleted once the user actively deletes the relevant content in the application. Hatsfy does not collect, record, or obtain any facial data, facial features, facial expression information, or any biometric information related to the user’s face in any form at any stage of subscription activation and premium function usage.

As with all Hatsfy services, the Subscription Service is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect any facial information from subscribers, nor do we store, process, or analyze any biometric data related to your face. When you upload portrait photos to use with the Subscription Service, the photos are only used to generate the custom hat styles and dynamic portrait video effects you request—no facial details such as facial features, structure, or unique characteristics are extracted, stored, or retained. All photo processing and local AI generation operations are completed locally on your device, and your original portraits and generated creative works remain solely on your local device at all times.

No account creation is required to subscribe to Hatsfy’s premium service. You can activate the Subscription Service directly through Apple App Store, Google Play Store without providing any redundant personal information. The entire subscription activation process is simple and independent, and no facial information collection behavior will be triggered during the whole subscription opening and authentication process.

By subscribing to Hatsfy’s Subscription Service, you gain access to exclusive premium coin bonus benefits that optimize your in app resource acquisition experience. All premium functions run locally on the user device and do not involve any external data transmission.

The core exclusive premium benefit is the 1.5 Times Coin Purchase Bonus. Subscribed users will receive a 1.5 times quantity bonus for all in app coin purchases completed during the valid subscription period. Every coin purchase made while the subscription is active will be multiplied by one point five times the original purchased amount. Users who do not hold an active subscription will receive coins only according to the standard regular quota with no bonus increment.

All coin bonus rules exclusively apply to active subscribed users and take effect instantly after successful subscription activation and coin purchase settlement. We may update or optimize the Subscription Service bonus rules from time to time to enhance the user experience. Any significant changes to bonus mechanisms will be notified to you within the App, and your continued use of the Subscription Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms and features.

In the process of enjoying all premium subscription benefits and using exclusive creative functions, Hatsfy does not collect any user facial information, and all facial data contained in user uploaded photos and generated hat try on works will not be acquired, analyzed or recorded in any way.

The Subscription Service is activated through Apple App Store, Google Play Store. When you subscribe, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee as displayed in the App or corresponding store for the selected subscription period. Multiple subscription period options are provided including monthly and annual plans, and the specific service duration and corresponding fees will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

No account is required to activate or use the Subscription Service. The subscription qualification is linked to your device’s app store authorization status rather than an independent Hatsfy account, allowing you to manage your subscription status directly through your device system settings. Once activated, the Subscription Service will remain active for the entire purchased period, and you will have full access to all premium creative privileges during the valid period.

During subscription activation, qualification verification and the entire valid service period, Hatsfy does not collect any user facial information, and all user portrait content and creative data are completely processed and stored locally on the user device without any external acquisition or backup.

By default, your Hatsfy subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the automatic renewal service before the expiration of the current valid period. The renewal fee will be consistent with the original subscription fee unless there is a price adjustment, in which case we will notify you of the new price through the App or official app store in advance before renewal execution.

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time through your device’s app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. You will not be charged for the next service cycle, and you can continue to enjoy all premium subscription privileges until the current period expires. No refunds are provided for partial unused subscription periods, but all premium functions remain available for normal use before the service expires.

No facial information collection behavior will be triggered during subscription renewal, cancellation, privilege expiration and service termination processes. Hatsfy always maintains zero collection of user facial information throughout all subscription operation links.

The Subscription Service and all exclusive premium benefits are for personal, non commercial creative use only. You may use the unlimited generation privileges, premium templates, high definition output and other functional rights to create personalized hat try on images and dynamic portrait videos for your own private viewing, styling reference and personal sharing. You may not use the Subscription Service or premium functional resources for commercial creation, secondary sale or other commercial behaviors without prior official permission.

You agree to use the Subscription Service in accordance with the User Agreement for Hatsfy, including all user usage responsibilities such as only uploading portrait photos you own or have legitimate usage rights for, and not generating or spreading inappropriate and non compliant content. Violation of these usage guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your Subscription Service access without any refund.

In all personal usage scenarios of subscription privileges and all standardized service supervision processes, Hatsfy does not collect any user facial information, and all user facial features and biometric information are completely uncollected, unanalyzed and unrecorded.

We may occasionally update and iterate the Subscription Service, including optimizing premium functional privileges, adjusting subscription benefit rules, modifying subscription pricing, and upgrading local AI creative algorithm effects. Any significant changes such as price adjustments and major functional rule revisions will be notified to you in advance through internal App reminders or official notices from Apple App Store, Google Play Store. Your continued use of the Subscription Service after the update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the latest subscription terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Subscription Service for product iteration and optimization needs. We will provide advance notice for formal service discontinuation, and you will not be charged for any subsequent subscription cycles. You can continue to enjoy all purchased premium benefits until the end of the current valid subscription period.

All service updates, rule adjustments and service iteration operations will not involve any function of collecting user facial information, and Hatsfy’s zero facial information collection commitment remains permanently valid and will not be changed with service updates.
