User Agreement

This User Agreement sets forth the standard terms and conditions for all users accessing and using the Hatsfy application, an AI driven hat generation and portrait creative tool. This document governs all user behaviors related to application access, function use, content creation, and local data management. All users who open and use Hatsfy fully acknowledge and accept the terms stated in this User Agreement.

All information processed by Hatsfy is handled locally on the user’s personal device. All user created content, operation data, and temporary cache files are only retained on the local user device. When users actively delete any content or cached data within the application, all corresponding local information will be permanently removed from the device immediately. Hatsfy does not collect any facial biometric information, facial identity data, or facial profile information of any user at any time during the use of all application functions .

Hatsfy is a access creative application that requires no user account registration, no identity verification, and no personal information submission. Users can open the application and use all core creative functions including hat style generation, image rendering, video animation, and local content management directly on their personal devices. The application is designed solely for personal creative and reference use to help users test and visualize different hat styling concepts efficiently.

Hatsfy does not collect any facial biometric information during any user access and usage process. The application does not run facial recognition scanning, does not extract facial feature data from user uploaded or captured portraits, and does not establish any facial related user records . All application operations are executed locally without any external data transmission of user biological features.

Users confirm that all portrait materials and creative content imported, created, and edited through Hatsfy are independently operated and controlled by themselves. Users shall bear full responsibility for the content they create and the manner in which they use the application. No facial biometric data is collected, stored, or processed by Hatsfy in the whole process of user independent operation and content creation .

Hatsfy provides local camera shooting and local gallery import functions for users to obtain portrait materials for virtual hat try on creation. All material collection behaviors are completely initiated by users, and the application only invokes local media resources after user authorization. All material processing behaviors are completed on the user’s local device.

Hatsfy does not collect any facial biometric information from user imported or captured portrait materials. The application only uses portrait images as basic creative carriers for hat style fitting and overall picture rendering, and does not analyze, record, or extract any facial biological features contained in the portraits . No facial data will be retained after the completion of single creative rendering.

Users can independently edit creative prompts, select built in style templates, and adjust hat parameters including shape, material, color, and atmosphere to complete personalized hat generation. The application supports multiple repeated generation and comparison of different style effects to meet users’ creative iteration needs.

All calculation and image synthesis processes are completed locally on the user device without any external data interaction. Hatsfy does not collect any facial biometric information during creation and parameter adjustment. The internal algorithm of the application only optimizes the matching degree of hat styles and portrait scenes, and has no functional module for facial feature identification and data collection .

Users can convert static generated hat try on images into dynamic short portrait videos through the application’s built in animation function. The application provides a local creation collection function for users to sort, view, and manage historical creative works. Users can independently delete redundant or unsatisfactory creation records and cached data at any time. All management operations only take effect on the user’s local device.

Hatsfy does not collect any facial biometric information in the process of local creation management. The application only displays user created content locally and does not extract facial biometric features from historical works for any purpose .

All data generated during the use of Hatsfy is limited to local device storage, including user imported portrait materials, custom text prompts, adjusted style parameters, generated images and videos, and temporary application cache data. No data will be stored outside the user’s personal device in any form.

Users have full and independent control over all local data of the application. Users can clear application cache and delete creative works through the setting entrance or local device management functions. All actively deleted data will be completely and permanently removed from the local device with no residual content retained.

Hatsfy does not collect any facial biometric information in all local data storage, use, and deletion links. The application’s local data processing mechanism only serves creative content rendering and will not collect, analyze or retain any user facial biological feature information .

Hatsfy only applies for necessary device permissions to support normal operation of creative functions. Camera permission is used for local portrait shooting, gallery permission is used for local material selection, and storage permission is used for saving created content and local cache. All permissions are only activated when users actively trigger corresponding functions.

The application will not actively apply for irrelevant device permissions, nor will it invoke authorized permissions in the background without user operation. Users can modify or close application permissions through local device system settings at any time.

Hatsfy does not collect any facial biometric information through any authorized device permission. All permission invocation behaviors only complete local content reading and writing required for creation, and no facial feature data collection or recording behavior will occur .

Users agree to use Hatsfy only for personal non commercial creative design, style reference, and daily aesthetic matching purposes. Users shall not use the application to create improper, inappropriate or non compliant content, nor shall they use the application’s functions for irrelevant auxiliary behaviors.

Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, modify or copy the internal functional modules and algorithms of Hatsfy. Any unauthorized destruction or modification of the application’s local operation mechanism is not allowed.

Hatsfy does not collect any facial biometric information during restricted usage supervision and standard usage management. The application’s usage restriction rules do not involve any collection or analysis of user facial biological features .

Hatsfy reserves the right to optimize and adjust application functions, interface display, style templates and creative algorithms according to product iteration needs. All function adjustments are carried out locally on the user device through version updates, and no user local data will be actively acquired during the iteration process.

After the application is updated, all user local creative data and personalized settings will be retained by default unless users actively delete them. In any product iteration and function optimization process, Hatsfy does not collect any facial biometric information of users, and no facial feature data will be involved in version update and function adjustment .

Hatsfy has always taken user local data privacy protection as the core product principle. The application is positioned as a lightweight local creative tool, abandoning all identity recognition and biological feature analysis functions. All creative behaviors are independent local operations of users.

Hatsfy does not collect face biometric information in any usage scenario, does not deploy any facial recognition technology, does not generate facial print files for users, and does not store any facial feature templates or facial biometric data. The entire product operation process only focuses on visual creative rendering and never involves any user facial biological feature collection and analysis behavior .

All user content and data are completely controlled by users independently. The pure local operation mode ensures that all creative data will not be obtained by any external subject, and users’ active deletion behavior is the only way to clear local data content.
