No Facial Information Collection Statement: This application does not initiate any form of facial information collection behavior at any time. We do not capture, scan, record, or store any facial feature data, facial templates, facial biometric identifiers, or facial profile information from users. All AI creative processing is completed locally on your device without any facial data extraction, analysis, or archiving operations.
Mistyfy is designed as a fully account-free creative application. Users can access all core functions and personalized settings of the app without completing any registration, login, identity verification, or account binding operations. There is no user account system, user identity database, or personal credential storage mechanism in the app.
All user preferences, creative records, and local gallery content are only saved on your personal iPhone device and will not be synchronized, backed up, or stored on any third-party server or official background server. Users have full independent control over all usage data and creative content generated in the app.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: Under the account-free usage mode, we will not associate any facial information with user identities, nor will we collect, record, or retain user facial data for the purpose of account creation, identity marking, user profiling, or usage behavior analysis. The app’s built-in Records private gallery is a pure local storage space. All creative works, original materials, and video clips are only retained in the local device folder of Mistyfy. When you manually delete any creative record in the app, the corresponding file data will be completely and permanently removed from your mobile device with no residual files left.
We will not automatically save, back up, or migrate your local content. Only when you actively trigger the system’s official save or share function through iOS system permissions will the content be exported from the app, and this operation is completely controlled by the user independently.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: During all local data processing and storage processes, we do not extract, analyze, store, or archive any facial information contained in your portrait photos and creative works. The local processing of images and videos only completes visual style optimization and dynamic effect rendering through local AI models, without identifying, collecting, or recording facial feature data, facial contour information, facial biometric parameters, or any other facial-related identifiable data of users. We never build any facial database or facial profile library based on user local content.
Magic Wizard Studio is the core image creation function of Mistyfy. Users can select portrait materials from the local device album or take real-time photos through the device camera for AI style creation. The local AI model will optimize the image style on the premise of retaining the user’s original facial features, shooting posture, and facial expression recognition effect, ensuring the authenticity and identifiability of the creative work.
All image creation calculations are completed locally on the user’s device. The original portrait materials you select and the final styled creative works are only used for your one-time personal creation demand of this function. The app will not retain the original materials or creative works for secondary use.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: In the whole process of using Magic Wizard Studio, we strictly do not collect any user facial information. The local AI model only performs visual style conversion on the overall image, and does not scan, identify, extract, or record user facial feature points, facial biometric data, facial templates, and other sensitive information. We will not use the portrait materials you upload to accumulate facial data resources, will not establish exclusive facial feature files for individual users, and will not store facial information for user portrait profiling, algorithm training, data analysis, or any other commercial or non-commercial purposes. All facial-related visual information only exists in the temporary local memory during creation and will not be permanently collected or stored by the app.
AI Video Studio supports users to convert local static images into dynamic short video clips. Users can upload local static images and describe the required motion effects and scene moods, and the local AI model will generate about 5 seconds of MP4 format short videos with playback control functions.
All generated video clips and corresponding cover frames are automatically stored in the app’s local Records gallery. The entire video generation process is completed offline locally, without network data transmission and background data synchronization. Users can independently save videos to the device album or share them through the iOS system’s built-in sharing function.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: During the AI video generation and local storage process, we do not collect, extract, analyze, or store any facial information in the static images and generated dynamic videos. The local AI only renders overall picture motion and mood effects, without targeting facial parts for feature identification, data extraction, and information recording. We will not collect facial dynamic change data, facial expression data, or facial motion track data involved in video creation, and will not use any facial information in video works for data sorting, user labeling, or third-party data provision. No facial data generated during video creation will be uploaded or retained by our team in any form.
The Records gallery is an exclusive private local space built into Mistyfy, which is specially used to store user’s creative images and short videos. The gallery automatically sorts all works in reverse chronological order of creation, and supports users to filter and view all works, single image works, or single video works according to their own needs.
Users have full independent control over all content in the gallery. You can view works in full screen, save favorite works to the iOS system album, or share works through the official system share sheet. The app will never automatically publish, push, or share any user creative content to external platforms. When you delete any work in the gallery, the corresponding local files will be completely deleted from the device without any hidden retention.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: The local Records gallery only provides storage and viewing functions for user creative works, and does not collect, sort, analyze, or summarize any facial information in the stored images and videos. We will not extract facial feature data from the gallery content, will not build user facial feature archives based on the stored works, and will not count, classify, or mark users according to facial information. All facial content in the works is only privately stored on your device, and our team has no way to obtain, view, or collect any of your facial-related information in the gallery.
Mistyfy adheres to the zero data sharing principle. All user original photos, captured images, AI creative pictures, dynamic videos, and all local creative content will never be sold, rented, authorized, or transferred to any third-party institutions and individuals. The third parties involved include but are not limited to advertising platforms, data trading institutions, social networking platforms, internet service providers, and other external service agencies.
There is no automatic data transmission function in the app. Any content export and sharing behavior can only be initiated and confirmed independently by the user through the iOS system’s official functions. The app will not actively transmit any user data and creative content to the outside world.
