This Subscription Agreement applies to all users who choose to subscribe to premium advanced services of the Mistyfy iPhone application. The content of this agreement standardizes the service scope, subscription rules, user rights and service protection commitments of Mistyfy premium subscription functions. Combined with the core privacy design of the app, all subscription service experiences are completed locally on the user’s device. This agreement is friendly and standardized, without rigid legal restrictive clauses, and serves to standardize the use of premium subscription services.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: Mistyfy’s premium subscription service does not trigger any facial information collection behavior. Whether users use free functions or subscribed premium functions, the app will not collect, scan, extract, store, analyze or transmit any user facial data, facial biometric information, facial feature templates and facial portrait data. The subscription identity qualification verification is completely offline and locally verified, irrelevant to any facial information.
Mistyfy subscription services support pure account-free activation and use. Users do not need to register, log in, bind identity information or bind device accounts to purchase and activate premium subscription rights. All subscription qualification information and premium function authorization data are only locally bound to your current iPhone device, without uploading to any cloud server or official background for storage.
Your subscription qualification is only effective on the local device where you complete the purchase. The app will not synchronize subscription rights through user identity information, and there is no cross-device cloud synchronization mechanism for subscription permissions. All premium service authorization logic runs locally on the device.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: In the whole process of subscription purchase, activation, validity period verification and premium permission activation, we will not collect any facial information of users for identity verification and qualification matching. We do not use facial feature data to confirm user subscription identity, nor will we bind user facial information to subscription order data. After activating the Mistyfy premium subscription service, users can unlock all advanced functional rights of the app, including but not limited to high-definition lossless image creation of Magic Wizard Studio, ultra-clear short video generation of AI Video Studio, unlimited creation times, exclusive high-quality style templates, no functional usage restrictions, and local high-capacity record storage optimization services. All advanced functions are upgraded and optimized on the basis of local device operation, and all creative processing is still completed offline locally.
The subscription service only provides functional authority opening and experience optimization, and does not involve any cloud data storage, network data synchronization and online data analysis services. All premium creative works are still stored in the local Records gallery of the user’s device, and the user independently owns all content rights.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: When users use all subscribed advanced creative functions, the local AI algorithm only optimizes picture resolution, video fluency, style effect and creation quantity limits. We do not strengthen facial feature scanning, facial data extraction and facial information analysis due to the activation of subscription services. The opening of premium rights will not increase any facial information collection behavior, and all facial privacy protection standards are completely consistent with free service scenarios.
All subscription payment services of Mistyfy are completed through the official Apple App Store payment channel. The payment process follows the official iOS payment specification. The app itself will not collect any user payment information, bank card information and transaction data. All payment data is independently managed and protected by Apple’s official platform.
The subscription validity period shall be subject to the subscription type you purchase, including monthly subscription, annual subscription and other optional cycle types. After the subscription expires, the advanced premium functions will be automatically closed, and you can continue to use all basic free creative functions of the app normally.
Users can independently manage subscription renewal, automatic payment cancellation and subscription status through the Apple account subscription management page. Mistyfy does not have the authority to operate or deduct fees from user Apple accounts independently.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: In the process of payment transaction, validity period verification and subscription status management, we do not associate any user facial information with subscription orders and payment records. We will not collect facial data to match user payment identities, nor will we store facial information for subscription order archiving. The entire payment and subscription management process does not involve any facial information collection and utilization.
All creative works generated by users using premium subscription functions are still implemented with full local storage rules. All high-definition images, ultra-clear video clips and exclusive styled works are only stored in the local Records gallery of your device. The app will not automatically upload, back up or synchronize premium creative content to any external server.
Users have absolute independent control over all premium creative content. You can save, delete, preview and share the works independently. Deleting local records will completely erase the corresponding premium creative files from the device without any residual data and background backup records.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: For all high-definition pictures and high-quality video works generated by premium subscription functions, we do not collect, extract, analyze or archive any facial information contained in the works. We will not build exclusive facial feature databases for premium users, nor will we use user facial data to optimize premium algorithms or carry out premium user classification. The facial privacy protection standard of premium service is strictly consistent with that of free service, and no facial data will be collected in any scenario.
Mistyfy premium subscription services are only used for users’ personal daily non-commercial creative use. Users shall not use the subscribed advanced functions for commercial creation, commercial sales, infringing creation and other improper behaviors. If the user’s improper use causes disputes, the user shall bear the corresponding responsibilities independently.
The creative effect of premium functions is still affected by the quality, light and resolution of the user’s original local materials. The platform guarantees the full opening of functional rights, but does not promise that all creative effects can fully meet user subjective expectations.
The platform will regularly optimize and upgrade premium functions to enrich creative styles and improve creation fluency, and the upgraded functions will be automatically opened to valid subscription users for free.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: During the iteration, optimization and upgrading of premium subscription functions, we will not add any facial information collection, facial scanning and facial data analysis modules. The function upgrade only optimizes visual creative effects and functional experience, and will never involve the collection and utilization of user facial information. The zero facial data collection rule will always be maintained in all premium service iterations.
All subscription refund applications for Mistyfy shall be implemented in accordance with the official refund rules of the Apple App Store. Since the app is a local offline creative tool and the subscription service is an intangible functional right that can be used immediately after activation, users need to abide by Apple’s official refund policy to apply for refunds.
Mistyfy does not independently set up refund channels and has no authority to directly operate user refunds. All refund reviews, judgments and fund returns are completed by the official Apple platform.
No Facial Information Collection Statement: In the process of processing user refund applications and subscription cancellation, we will not collect or verify user facial information. We do not use facial data to confirm user subscription qualifications and refund identities, and no facial information will be retained in subscription cancellation and refund record files.
Subscription users enjoy all rights of free users and exclusive advanced functional rights. The platform will always protect the privacy and data security of subscription users. All user local data, creative content and device usage information will not be leaked, shared or traded with any third party.
The platform will not push any advertisement, marketing content and paid upgrade guidance to subscription users, and ensures a pure advanced creative experience for premium users.
